SRNS Procurement

Contracts & Supply Chain Management
Contracts & Supply Chain Management (CSCM) provides best-in-class supply management services to support the Savannah River Site’s rapidly changing missions while maintaining compliance with Department of Energy (DOE) and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions’ (SRNS) policies to include supporting small businesses and being diligent stewards of taxpayer, government and site resources.
Marketing While On Site
DOE and SRNS firmly believe “free and open competition” is the most effective way to obtain the best products and services at the best prices.
In keeping with this belief and in the spirit of fairness, SRNS does not allow marketing of future services by incumbent subcontractors while working under existing subcontracts. This type of activity represents a violation of acceptable business practices and could result in “unallowable costs” under existing subcontracts. SRNS requests cooperation in eliminating any marketing efforts within the confines of SRS unless authorized by the Procurement Department.
If you are aware of this type of activity on site, please call the Supplier Development Group at (800) 888-7986.
We appreciate your continued support and cooperation regarding this matter.
